Making <\/span><\/span>lifestyle changes<\/span><\/span> doesn\u2019t<\/span> have to be difficult when <\/span>biofeedback<\/span> is involved. Let\u2019s walk through the different <\/span>stages<\/span> of a biofeedback session<\/span> together, and you will see that <\/span>anyone can do it! <\/span><\/span>Overall, there are <\/span><\/span>five key <\/span>steps<\/span><\/span> to be <\/span>expected<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t Before doing anything else, the practitioner needs to get a general idea of <\/span>your current lifestyle or conscious SOC profile<\/span><\/b>: your habits, routines, how much <\/span>exerci\u021biu<\/span><\/a> you get, how much and how well you sleep, how many hours you work, if you drink alcohol or <\/span>fum<\/span><\/a>, how much <\/span>water<\/span><\/a> you drink, whether you take any medication, and so on.<\/span>\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> The answers to these questions will allow the practitioner to <\/span>personalize the biofeedback session<\/span><\/b> for optimal results.<\/span>\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t The next step is setting up the <\/span><\/span>dispozitiv de biofeedback<\/span><\/span><\/a>, also referred to as the calibration process.<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>U<\/span>sually<\/span>, the device is<\/span> attached to <\/span>the client\u2019s<\/span> body with harnesses or electrodes.<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span>A <\/span><\/span>very subtle electrical signal<\/span><\/span>, so gentle <\/span>c\u0103 <\/span>most people don\u2019t even feel it, is then sent through <\/span>a<\/span> body to measure <\/span>a<\/span> body electric and to make sure the device has the <\/span><\/span>correct settings<\/span><\/span> pentru <\/span>the client \u2013 as everyone\u2019s body is unique<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t In a third step, the device starts <\/span>tracking possible stressors<\/span><\/b> sau <\/span>incon\u0219tient<\/span><\/b> SOCs (<\/span><\/b>Suppressions and Obstructions to Cure)<\/span><\/b> by sending an electrical (and painless) stream through the body for about two to three minutes.<\/span>\u202fAfter the calibration process, the system needs to map the stress responses. In what we call our \u2018Matrix\u2019, QX World has recorded and stored full electrical measurements of each substance through an analysis called voltammetry<\/span>,<\/span><\/b> resulting in so-called <\/span>voltammetric\u202fsignatures<\/span><\/b>. Rather than simple frequencies, voltammetry\u202fcaptures\u202fa\u202fmuch more complex profile.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> The device then sends you all of these rich voltammetric signatures, one at a time, and records your stress responses to them on a numeric scale from strongest to weakest, as compared to your original baseline or normal range of responses. The result is a comprehensive overview of your <\/span>stress reactivity<\/span><\/b> to many aspects of life.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> While this is happening, all you have to do is sit back and relax.<\/span>\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t Once the inventory of stressors or SOCs is complete, the actual biofeedback part of the session starts.<\/span>\u202f<\/span>While you\u2019re still hooked to the biofeedback device, the practitioner has it run a <\/span>specific software<\/span><\/b> program based on the inventory of stressors created in the previous step.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> Depending on your specific stressors, the program monitors your brain waves, heart rate, breathing, skin temperature, galvanic skin resistance (GSR) or muscle tension <\/span>using quantum algorhythms. <\/span>The information gathered is fed back to you \u2013 hence the term \u2018biofeedback\u2019 \u2013 on a monitor or, in some cases, through sound or light.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> With the program running, the biofeedback therapist teaches you to <\/span>make deliberate changes in your body<\/span><\/b> and, by doing so, change the measurements at will.
