Because the snoring was so bad, my sleep apnea began to affect my wife\u2019s sleep as well. Dr. Balla<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>: <\/span>Yes, I do see <\/span>many <\/span>people with sleep disorders<\/span> in<\/span> my practice<\/span>. The main reason<\/span> a<\/span>, I believe, the fact that a biofeedbacknek nincsenek mell\u00e9khat\u00e1sai<\/a><\/span>.<\/span> J<\/span>t can be very effective in dealing with sleeping problems<\/span> without any drugs being involved. Mind you, I <\/span>always <\/span>advise<\/span> clients to continue taking the <\/span>drugs and <\/span>dosage<\/span>t<\/span> prescribed by their GP.<\/span> Many of my insomniac clients take anti-anxiety drugs, for instance, and it\u2019s unwise to cut down on those without professional guidance.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Balla<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>: <\/span>What exactly <\/span>causes <\/span>sleep disorders<\/span> is hard<\/span> to say<\/span> as each case is different<\/span>.<\/span> M\u00edg a<\/span> <\/span>insomnia is almost always connected with stress and <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>anxiety,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> it is not <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>entirely <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>clear whether it can cause <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>sleep apnea<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0Often,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>szorong\u00e1s<\/span>-related insomnia <\/span><\/span><\/span>comes down to overthinking<\/span> due to a fear of losing control.<\/span> As far as sleep apnea is concerned, being overweight is <\/span>definitely a <\/span><\/span>risk factor<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00c1d\u00e1m<\/span><\/b>: Indeed,<\/span> J <\/span><\/span>was <\/span><\/span><\/span>is <\/span><\/span>prone <\/span><\/span><\/span>tended <\/span><\/span><\/span>a c\u00edmre. <\/span><\/span>worry a lot<\/span><\/span><\/span> once I close<\/span><\/span>d<\/span><\/span><\/span> my eyes at night<\/span><\/span>, but rather <\/span><\/span><\/span>as a consequence of<\/span><\/span><\/span> my sleep apnea<\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span>J<\/span><\/span><\/span> would wake up<\/span><\/span><\/span> feeling very tired<\/span><\/span><\/span> in the morning<\/span><\/span><\/span> \u00e9s <\/span><\/span><\/span>continued<\/span> feeling<\/span><\/span><\/span> sleepy <\/span><\/span><\/span>throughout<\/span><\/span><\/span> the day<\/span><\/span><\/span>. I was having trouble <\/span><\/span><\/span>concentrating<\/span><\/span><\/span> at work, and my manager warned me that if I continued making<\/span><\/span><\/span> mistakes<\/span><\/span><\/span> they would have to let me go.<\/span><\/span><\/span> I start<\/span><\/span><\/span>ed<\/span><\/span><\/span> to think \u2026 what if I<\/span><\/span><\/span> lose this job? Dr. Balla<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>: <\/span><\/span>First, allow me to clarify what sleep apnea does to the body. The lack of oxygen, which occurs due to shortness of breath, is detected by chemoreceptors that have an awakening effect on the brain. These awakenings, which take a few seconds, are usually easy to pick up on as that is when the loud snoring happens. While the patient is snoring, the blood oxygen levels are <\/span>being stabilized<\/span>. In patients with severe sleep apnea, breathing can stop up to 30 times an hour. In the long term, <\/span>the breathing<\/span> interruptions raise the risk of developing cardiovascular problems. The awakenings at night also cause fatigue, making patients feel sleepy during the day and have difficulty concentrating.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Combining s<\/span>tress management<\/span> techniques <\/span>a c\u00edmen <\/span>a healthy diet<\/span> and light <\/span>gyakorlat<\/span> a <\/span>proven to be very efficient<\/span> in helping patients who struggle with sleep apnea. <\/span>Using a biofeedback device that measures heart rate, breathing patterns, and even brainwave activity, I can show the client exactly how their body operates.<\/span> It helps them to sense when their body\u2019s stress and anxiety levels are surging, and to act on them. I also teach them various relaxation techniques, to lower their heart and breathing rate, for example. <\/span>When clients <\/span>k\u00e9pesek<\/span> let go of their worries, it naturally makes falling and staying deep asleep much easier for them. <\/span>As<\/span> a result, <\/span>\u00c1dam<\/span> lost 10 kgs within 3 months and his snoring is much better now.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Dr. Balla<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>: <\/span><\/span><\/span>It <\/span><\/span><\/span>certainly <\/span><\/span><\/span>can, because<\/span><\/span><\/span> obesity is often due to food addiction. <\/span><\/span><\/span>For these people, food has a relaxing effect not unlike the effect nicotine has on people who <\/span>smoke<\/span>. <\/span>M<\/span>y biofeedback device, which is a quantum biofeedback device, <\/span><\/span>attempts to <\/span>create new pathways in the brain.<\/span><\/span> It uses frequency-specific microcurrent, which is of course totally safe, to re-educate the cells that make up the emotional processing system. <\/span><\/span><\/span>In <\/span><\/span>\u00c1d\u00e1m\u2019s<\/span><\/span> case, the <\/span>biofeedback <\/span>device also hinted that his body <\/span>c<\/span>ould benefit from a <\/span>diet free of <\/span>gluten, <\/span>cukor<\/span> and lactose.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
